Your online account with Discount Storage makes it easy to manage your unit and make payments anytime, anywhere.
Step 1: Choose Your Storage Location
Go to the Discount Storage website and select the location where your unit is located.

Step 2: Access the Login Page
On the portal login screen, click “Create Account” to start the setup process.
Step 3: Enter Your Gate Access Code
Type in the last 4 digits of your gate code only.
Do not include any dashes, symbols, or other characters.
Step 4: Enter Your Unit Number
Input your unit number exactly as it appears on your statement or rental agreement.
*Your unit includes leading zeros (for example, 0007).
Step 5: Use Your Registered Email
Provide the email address linked to your storage account.
Step 6: Create Your Password and Security Question
Pick a secure password and set up a security question with an answer. This will help protect your account and verify your identity if needed.
Step 7: Complete Account Setup
After submitting your information, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Follow the instructions to confirm your account.
Step 8: Log In and Start Managing Your Account
Once your email is confirmed, you can log in and begin accessing your invoices, making payments, and managing your unit online.
